Maintenance - Basic Cover

For client and site protection we already carry out regular database back-ups of every site that we host.
If a website is hacked, resulting in poor or failed performance, we can replace and reinstall the website with a clean backed up version of it.

Maintenance Support 1 (MMC1)

MMC1 is also inclusive of up to 1 hour per month of support, updates and general maintenance to your website.
We can carry out minor amends to your website, if necessary, and/or provide support for yourselves in maintaining your website.

MMC2 includes the benefits of BC & MMC1 with up to 2 hours per month. This time allocation can be used for support, updates and general maintenance to your website. We can carry out amends to your website, and provide support for yourselves in maintaining your website.

Maintenance Support 3 (MMC3)

MMC3 includes all of the benefits of both the BC and MMC1 with up to 4 hours per month. This time allocation can be used for support, updates and general maintenance to your website but could be tailored more specifically to you or your businesses needs if they differ to the MMC1 feature listing.
